Yes. In Speed settings, choose Pace or Speed as the speed unit. Pace is minutes per kilometre or per mile. Speed is km/h or mph.
The choice applies everywhere a figure is shown. That includes route lists, the inspector, estimates and the elevation chart.
Distance is a separate setting. Distance settings switches between Metric and US-imperial. So you can have miles with pace, or kilometres with km/h.
Changing a unit only changes the display. Nothing in your routes is converted or rewritten. You can switch back and forth freely.
